Innovation Solutions & Immersive Technology
GP Strategies combines strategic innovation advisory, immersive technology, and structured experimentation to help organizations turn “what’s next” into a repeatable organizational discipline. For 60 years, we have been at the frontier of learning innovation, and we bring that depth to every engagement, alongside our GP AIQ+™ platform and GP Studio℠ immersive design capability, to deliver innovation at learning velocity.

Why Innovation Efforts Stall Before They Scale
Most organizations aren’t short of ideas. They’re short of the infrastructure to turn exploration into sustained competitive advantage.
The patterns we see most often:
- Innovation treated as a project, not a discipline—exciting in the pilot, quietly abandoned when operational pressure returns
- Technology adopted reactively, driven by vendor momentum rather than genuine business need or learner impact
- Pilots that succeed in isolation but never scale, because the surrounding organizational capability wasn't built alongside the technology
- AI and XR deployed as novelties (impressive in a demo but underperforming in practice) because the learning design wasn't there to back them up
- No structured process for deciding what to test, so decisions default to opinion or whoever made the loudest case in the last leadership meeting
The result is an organization that is permanently catching up rather than building the forward momentum that turns innovation into genuine competitive advantage.
Our Innovation Solutions & Capabilities
Innovation at enterprise scale requires more than a great idea or the latest technology. It requires a strategy that connects exploration to business outcomes, the creative craft to bring new experiences to life, and the discipline to move from experiment to scale without losing what made the pilot work.
Strategic Innovation Advisory
When your organization needs a roadmap for what’s next, grounded in your business priorities, not industry trend reports.
- Innovation strategy and roadmap design tied directly to capability priorities and business outcomes
- Technology landscape assessment covering what’s ready to deploy, what’s worth watching, and what’s noise
- AI adoption strategy and governance frameworks that give organizations the confidence to drive change, not just explore
- GP AIQ+™ integration advisory that embeds AI across learning design, content development, and operations to accelerate velocity without compromising quality or human judgment
Immersive Learning & Emerging Technology
When the stakes are high and practice opportunities are rare, immersive technology creates the environments where real learning happens.
- VR, AR, and 360° learning experiences that place learners in realistic, high-consequence scenarios before the moment of need
- Immersive XR designed by GP Studio℠—GP Strategies’ award-winning creative studio—so every experience is as instructionally rigorous as it is technically impressive
- Modality selection grounded in learning science: immersive technology deployed where it genuinely outperforms alternatives, not because it looks impressive in a demo
- Full-cycle delivery from learning design and content production to platform integration and performance measurement
Innovation Frameworks & Experimentation
When your organization needs to test new approaches without overcommitting resources or to scale what’s working without losing what made it work
- Our 5-step innovation process provides the structure to move from idea to evidence quickly and without false starts
- The GP Innovation Kitchen: where new approaches are stress-tested in a contained environment before entering the operating model
- Pilot design and measurement frameworks that generate real evidence, not just positive stakeholder sentiment
- Scaling methodology that takes what works in a pilot and builds the surrounding organizational capability to make it sustainable at enterprise scale
Our Approach to Learning Innovation
For 60 years, GP Strategies has been at the frontier of learning innovation—long enough to have seen the full cycle of what works, what fades after the pilot, and what it actually takes to move from experiment to enterprise capability. That perspective is what makes our advisory genuinely effective, and what GP Studio℠ brings to every immersive experience we design.
A structured experimentation process that moves from idea to evidence faster than most organizations move from idea to approval—building momentum instead of stalling in governance.
Relevance
Every innovation recommendation is grounded in your business context, your learner population, and your capability priorities—not a technology roadmap designed for someone else’s organization.
Quality
GP AIQ+™, GP Studio’s immersive design capability, and 60 years of learning science—combined to ensure innovation in your organization means better performance outcomes, not just newer technology.
Innovation in Action
When Vichy Laboratoires set out to change the conversation around women’s hormonal health, it didn’t commission a campaign—it built a learning platform. Partnering with GP Strategies and UK charity Wellbeing of Women, Vichy launched Hormonall: Together for Women’s Wellbeing, a four-module program covering hormonal health across every stage of a woman’s life. Designing something that felt trusted, personal, and substantive enough to change behavior at scale—across multiple countries, in a regulated health context—required strategic design grounded in behavioral science, content built for emotional resonance, and a platform architecture built to grow.
- 160,000+ users engaged on the Hormonall platform, with more than 8,000 direct beneficiaries trained
- Brandon Hall Gold — Best Advance in Social Impact Innovation (2025)
- CLO Learning in Practice Gold — Excellence in Community Service (2025)
- Expanding to additional countries in 2025 following successful launches across France, Italy, and Canada
Build the Organizational Capability to Keep Innovating
The question isn’t whether AI and emerging technology will reshape how your organization learns and performs. It already is. The question is whether you’re building the discipline to stay ahead of that change—or managing the consequences of falling behind it.
